Lildude Making the best use of your Artist Profile

ACEO Artist Profiles

Each artist can create their own ARTIST Profile and use this thread to maintain as they see fit.

If you are an artist and creating your thread for the 1st time, please help us keep some uniformity to the site by starting the title of your thread like the others with ARTIST Profile: Your Name as thread title. This very much helps to easily read the title, as well helps when people might be doing a search for you as an artist. Google and the big boy search engines also LOVE clean and mean formatting.

Potential collectors and enthusiasts can interact with you as well here. (Recommended Note: Use the VAULTS to store your Sketch Card Images, and insert them into your profile here too!) - COLLECTORS Interact directly with your favorite Sketch Card Artists here!

TIPS...

TIP #1: Use the VAULTS (Link at the top of the Page) to upload and store your card images, and then use those images in your Artist Profile (or on eBay, FaceBook, or on your TradingCardAuctions.com listings too!)

TIP #2: Limit the number of images in your 1st post to 1 or 2, and use the Post-Reply option to add new additional artworks to your profile as time goes and your profile grows. This will provide a few benefits including 1, it will make your 1st post much easier to digest and read by others. 2, it will give you more opportunities to 'bump' your profile to the home page of the site notifying others that there have been new things added, and 3, it will make it much easier for other members to comment on particular images in these additional posts when they post-reply with and quote it.

TIP #3: Use your Signature (Set it or create it in the control panel) and include links to your Store or listings for sale

TIP #4: Share your artist Profile by visiting it, copying the url and pasting where you want to share it, such as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.

TIP #5: Recommendation on the Artist Profiles - Rather than trying to cram so much into the 1st post, allow yourself to realize that you will get far more impact over time by 'bumping' your Artist Profile regularly and adding new posts and sharing new cards, art, videos, etc...

We will update this thread post with more tips and information as needed, but if you have any questions or need help, please feel free to PM one of the curators or moderators, or you can Post-Reply in here too.
